Terms of Service

1. Introduction

By accessing and using The Idea Autopsy ("the Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

2. Subscription and Trial

The Service is offered on a subscription basis at $29/month following a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the 7-day trial period expires, your provided payment method will be charged. Failed payments will result in a read-only state after 3 retry attempts over 14 days.

3. Administrative Access and Outreach

During onboarding, users may opt-in to administrative outreach. If you opt-in, you grant system administrators the right to view your saved autopsies and contact you regarding them. If you opt-out, administrators will not access your specific dossier content for outreach purposes, though aggregate metrics are retained.

4. AI-Generated Output

The analyses provided by the Service are generated using third-party artificial intelligence models (Anthropic). The Idea Autopsy does not guarantee the factual accuracy, market reality, or financial viability of any AI-generated claims. The Autopsy is an analytical tool, not financial or legal advice.

5. Account Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access remains until the end of the billing cycle, followed by a read-only state. You may request account deletion, which initiates a 30-day soft delete before permanent eradication.
