1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your email address, billing information (processed securely via Stripe), and the data submitted within your founder profile and idea autopsies.

2. Use of Third-Party AI Models

To provide the Service, your input data is transmitted to third-party LLM providers (Anthropic). However, we strictly forbid these third parties from using your inputs or the resulting outputs to train their models.

3. Data Export and Deletion (GDPR)

You have the right to request a complete export of your data at any time. You may also request the deletion of your account. Account deletions are processed as a 30-day soft delete, after which all data is permanently and irrecoverably erased from our active databases.

4. Administrator Access

If you opted into administrative outreach during the assessment flow, authorized administrators can view your autopsies to offer guidance or partnership. If you opted out, administrators do not access your specific inputs or outputs.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party marketing or tracking cookies to monitor your behavior across the web.
